Politika povraćaja novca

Želimo da budete zadovoljni. Zato postoji besplatna probna verzija, a ako ipak niste zadovoljni kupovinom, važi sledeće:
1. Ključ još nije aktiviran
Ako ključ nije aktiviran, vraćamo ceo iznos na zahtev poslat u roku od 14 dana od kupovine.
2. Program ne radi na vašem računaru
Ako je ključ aktiviran, ali program ne radi ispravno na vašem računaru, a problem ne uspemo da rešimo u roku od 7 dana od prijave, vraćamo ceo iznos, ako je zahtev poslat u roku od 14 dana od kupovine.
3. Kada povraćaj nije moguć
- kada je licenca za turnir iskorišćena, tj. period licence je počeo i program je korišćen za takmičenje;
- posle 14 dana od kupovine, osim ako zakon ne propisuje drugačije;
- kod zloupotrebe licence (deljenje ključa, zaobilaženje zaštite).
4. Kako se traži povraćaj
Pošaljite e-poštu na design.ak1989@gmail.com sa brojem porudžbine i kratkim opisom razloga. Odgovaramo u roku od 2 radna dana.
5. Kako se novac vraća
Kupovine karticom vraćaju se preko servisa Lemon Squeezy na isti način plaćanja, obično u roku od 5 do 10 radnih dana, zavisno od banke. Uplate u Srbiji vraćaju se na račun sa koga je uplata stigla. Posle povraćaja ključ se gasi.
6. Zakonska prava
Ova politika ne umanjuje prava potrošača propisana zakonom zemlje u kojoj živite.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why a free trial is available, and if you are still not satisfied, the following applies:
1. Key not yet activated
If the key has not been activated, we refund the full amount on request within 14 days of purchase.
2. The Software does not work on your computer
If the key has been activated but the Software does not work properly on your computer, and we cannot solve the problem within 7 days of your report, we refund the full amount, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.
3. When a refund is not possible
- when a tournament licence has been used, i.e. its period has started and the Software has been used for a competition;
- more than 14 days after purchase, unless the law provides otherwise;
- in case of licence abuse (sharing the key, circumventing the protection).
4. How to request a refund
Email design.ak1989@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
5. How the money is returned
Card purchases are refunded through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Payments made in Serbia are returned to the account they came from. After a refund, the key is deactivated.
6. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit the consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
