1. Ko smo

Program AK Spin Master (u daljem tekstu: „program") razvija i prodaje Aleksandar Kostić (AK Design), Neresnica, Srbija · design.ak1989@gmail.com · +381 62 851 66 74.

2. Šta kupujete

Kupovinom dobijate licencu za korišćenje programa, a ne vlasništvo nad programom. Licenca je vremenski ograničena i važi za paket koji ste kupili (Turnir, Liga ili Ultimate), za navedeni broj takmičara, trajanje i broj računara.

Licenca se aktivira ključem koji dobijate e-poštom, najkasnije u roku od 24 časa od plaćanja.
Ključ se vezuje za računar na kome je aktiviran. Broj računara zavisi od paketa. Kod promene računara javite nam se i oslobodićemo mesto.
Za aktivaciju i povremenu potvrdu licence potreban je internet. Program radi i do 7 dana bez veze.
Po isteku licence program više ne dozvoljava rad sa punim mogućnostima. Vaši podaci ostaju sačuvani na vašem računaru.

3. Besplatna proba

Besplatna verzija radi do 16 takmičara, sa ograničenim mogućnostima, bez obaveze kupovine. Preporučujemo da program isprobate pre kupovine.

4. Plaćanje

Kupovine karticom i drugim međunarodnim načinima plaćanja obrađuje Lemon Squeezy, koji je zvanični prodavac (Merchant of Record) za te porudžbine i izdaje račun. Na te kupovine se primenjuju i uslovi kompanije Lemon Squeezy. Uplate u Srbiji mogu se izvršiti i preko IPS QR koda ili na račun.

5. Dozvoljeno i nedozvoljeno korišćenje

Nije dozvoljeno: deljenje ili preprodaja ključa, zaobilaženje zaštite licence, rastavljanje, menjanje ili kopiranje programa, kao ni korišćenje programa suprotno zakonu. U slučaju zloupotrebe možemo ugasiti licencu bez povraćaja novca.

6. Vaši podaci

Turniri, lige, igrači i rezultati čuvaju se samo na vašem računaru i ne šalju se nama. Vi ste odgovorni za rezervne kopije (program ima opciju „Sačuvaj na računar"). Više u Politici privatnosti.

7. Odgovornost

Program se isporučuje „kakav jeste". Trudimo se da radi ispravno i brzo otklanjamo prijavljene greške, ali ne odgovaramo za posrednu štetu, gubitak podataka ili prekid takmičenja nastao korišćenjem programa. Naša ukupna odgovornost ograničena je na iznos koji ste platili za licencu.

9. Izmene

Ove uslove možemo menjati. Nova verzija važi od objave na ovoj stranici i ne menja uslove već kupljenih licenci na štetu kupca.

10. Merodavno pravo

Na ove uslove primenjuje se pravo Republike Srbije. Za potrošače iz drugih zemalja važe i obavezna prava potrošača u njihovoj zemlji.

1. Who we are

AK Spin Master (the “Software”) is developed and sold by Aleksandar Kostić (AK Design), Neresnica, Serbia · design.ak1989@gmail.com · +381 62 851 66 74.

2. What you buy

A purchase gives you a licence to use the Software, not ownership of it. The licence is time-limited and applies to the plan you bought (Tournament, League or Ultimate), for the stated number of players, duration and number of computers.

The licence is activated with a key sent to your email, no later than 24 hours after payment.
The key is bound to the computer where it is activated. The number of computers depends on the plan. If you change computers, contact us and we will free up the slot.
An internet connection is required for activation and occasional licence confirmation. The Software works for up to 7 days offline.
When the licence expires, full functionality is no longer available. Your data stays saved on your computer.

3. Free trial

The free version handles up to 16 players with limited features and no obligation to buy. We recommend trying the Software before purchasing.

4. Payment

Card and other international payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders and issues the invoice. Lemon Squeezy's terms also apply to those purchases. Customers in Serbia may also pay by IPS QR code or bank transfer.

5. Acceptable use

You may not share or resell your key, circumvent the licence protection, decompile, modify or copy the Software, or use it unlawfully. In case of abuse we may revoke the licence without a refund.

6. Your data

Tournaments, leagues, players and results are stored only on your computer and are never sent to us. You are responsible for your own backups (the Software has a “Save to computer” option). See the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The Software is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable and fix reported bugs promptly, but we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or interruption of a competition arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

8. Refunds

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from its publication on this page and does not change the terms of licences already purchased to the customer's detriment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Consumers in other countries also keep the mandatory consumer rights of their country.
